Key Holder


We are looking for a temporary part-time Key Holder to help organize and run our retail pop-up location in Seaport Boston. Our ideal candidate will be responsible and have retail experience skills with a strong business mindset. You should also be skilled at organizing, have strong interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for plant-based skin care. Ultimately, the duties of the key holder are to make sure our stores operate effectively and that we keep our customers happy.


  • Become an expert in each of the products in our product line
  • Communicate with customers and evaluate their needs
  • Handle questions or complaints from customers with patience and positivity
  • Open and close the store
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory
  • Adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines
  • Act as our store’s representative and set an example for our brand

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience with customer service and retail management
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Understanding of botanical ingredients and/or plant-based skin care or willingness to learn
