How do I use your products?

We suggest integrating one product into your skin care routine at a time. We recommend patch testing to see how your skin will react. Each product label includes specific use instructions.

Which products should I try first?

This depends on your skin concerns but our most popular products are the Balancing Cleanser and Hydrating Face Oil.

Do you offer samples?

We do not offer samples but feel free to email us at info@brownandcoconut.com with questions about our products.

Can I return my purchase if I’m not happy?

Yes! We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Please contact us at info@brownandcoconut.com for

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping for US orders $100+. We offer $8 flat rate shipping on all other US orders.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship orders within 2-5 business days, depending on product stock. If we suspect there will be a delay in shipping your order we will contact you by email.

My order is a gift, can I include a note?

Yes! In your Cart there is an ‘Order special instructions' field where you can type the note you would like us to include in your order. You can also send us an email at info@brownandcoconut.com with your note.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do. Click here to purchase an e-gift card. Our gift cards can be sent directly to your recipient by email or messenger. You can also schedule a custom delivery date.
