All Brown & Coconut products are fresh and natural, and as a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after an order has been processed. This ensures the freshness and potency of our products and helps us to keep costs low so we can continue to deliver quality, natural body care at a reasonable price. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we want to ensure your happiness with every purchase.

Orders that have been placed, but not yet processed for shipping can be cancelled or modified. Please note: there is a 10% restocking and payment processing fee for all orders that are cancelled. This charge is used to cover our fees incurred by processing electronic payments.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases, unless there is an error on our part.

Damaged Shipments:

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at info@brownandcoconut.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product(s).
