Favorite Ingredient Friday: Coffee-Banana Smoothie!
Ever have those moments where you just want a frappuccino?? We’ve all been there. Fraps are delicious but most contain HUGE amounts of sugar and calories. Yuck! A homemade coffee-banana smoothie is a great alternative to cafe fraps. Not only are you getting that delicious coffee flavor, but your saving yourself from that unwanted sugar and calories.
- 1 cup Coffee
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Banana
Blend all of the ingredients until well mixed. Pour and enjoy!
