To make a really quick guacamole, mash up 1 avocado in a bowl. Add a few of the diced tomatoes and onions and mix well. For some flavor in the guacamole, I added a few shakes of cayenne pepper and garlic powder.
For the salsa, I used “Tostitos Chunky Salsa (Medium)”. Pour in a bowl andset to the side.
Then comes the best part: putting all of the ingredients together in the whole-wheat tortilla! Bon Appetit!
